Jim Keegan brings over 25 years of experience as a Park and Recreation Professional to the Swiss American Financial Solutions team. During this time, all the organizations that Jim has been involved with have been recognized by the National Recreation and Parks Association as Gold Medal-winning organizations. The National Gold Medal Award honors communities throughout the United States that show excellence in long-range planning, resource management, and innovative approaches to delivering superb park and recreation services with fiscally sound business practices.

Jim enjoys collaborating with clients in defining Medicare Health Care plans, financial planning, and retirement income solutions by creating mutual trust and respect, one client at a time.

With a foundation in international political economy from the University of Washington and a track record of delivering complex IT initiatives at Microsoft and T-Mobile, Marie is known for bringing order to complexity and turning dreams into reality. Her strength lies in creating alignment, simplifying what feels overwhelming, and helping people move forward with confidence through important decisions.

Her work is further supported by certifications in life and financial coaching, allowing her to combine strategic insight with a clear understanding of what matters most to each client.

Marie approaches retirement planning with a strong awareness that today’s financial landscape carries a level of complexity many individuals were never prepared to manage. The move away from traditional pension structures has introduced critical decisions around taxation, income distribution, and long-term sustainability that can materially affect outcomes. She splits her time between Spokane and southwest France, staying closely connected with family in both locations, and can often be found at yoga when she is not working or spending time with her family and pets.

Ray is a licensed life insurance agent and financial advisor with Swiss American Financial Solutions. He holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and dual undergraduate degrees in finance and international business. Ray has over 20 years of progressive experience encompassing positions in Finance, Real Estate, Business Development, and Management. Ray has studied abroad in three countries, trilingual / tri-literate, and currently studying a fourth language. An avid fan of working with the community, he is the past president of the WeMAR-kable Toastmasters Speakers club and enjoys mentoring for the Arizona Big Brothers Big Sisters of Arizona. Ray truly enjoys the process of financial planning and retirement income solutions by creating mutual trust and respect, one client at a time.

Lynn Stafford has over 40 years of experience in the Financial Services industry in Operations, Information Technology, Marketing & Sales. He has held numerous Senior Executive positions with Insurance Companies in California, Delaware and Nebraska. For the last two decades he has worked as a Marketing Consultant with various Financial Planning firms like Swiss American Financial all over the country. He provided marketing, product, compliance and retirement planning expertise to enable these firms to offer the best possible solutions for their clients. He has worked independently with us for 15 years and is now part of the Swiss American Financial Solutions team.

As a Chartered Financial Consultant and a licensed agent for Life, Annuity & Health coupled with his years of experience, he brings valuable knowledge and insight to the preparation process of our clients’ retirement plans. He is passionate in his belief that a retirement without a written plan does not and will not provide financial peace of mind. He is also acutely aware that life is full of surprises so those plans must be adaptable and flexible.

Originally from London England, he met his wife on vacation in Los Angeles 45 years ago, has lived in the U.S. ever since and became a U.S. citizen. He now lives in Arizona with his wife, daughter, son and two granddaughters.

With 5 years of demonstrated success in executive support and a background in operations including HR and Recruiting, events planning and coordination, and now financial and retirement planning, Jodie brings a comprehensive skillset and unique perspective to her role as Executive Assistant. Jodie is passionate about efficiency and makes working with Swiss American Financial Solutions smooth and seamless for clients. An emphasis on discretion and exceptional attention to detail ensure clients’ information remains confidential, and transactions are processed accurately, promptly, and with the highest level of care.
